When I had to travel to Boothville-Venice area for when my daughter Katelyn Carlisle was lost on the river due to the workboat she was on capsized. They took me and my family in and treated us like family and fed us some great food. The fried shrimp and fish were great, but the oysters were the best. People is SC think they have good oysters, but there is nothing like a oyster that comes from the Gulf of Mexico.
